Can I use Shoprunner on my subscription?

Customers may apply Shoprunner 2 day shipping to their first shipment only and subsequent orders will be shipped with free ground shipping.  If you would still like 2 day shipping on your subscription, please reach out to Customer Experience and they can update your subscription. 

*Please know that 2 day shipping comes at an additional fee. 

Is shipping to Canada free with a subscription?

No, only customers within the US receive free domestic ground shipping.  Customers in Canada can enjoy $5 off Canada shipping rates.

How much is international shipping with a subscription?

With a subscription within the US you can either opt-in for free domestic ground shipping or $5 off expedited shipping.

Can I have multiple items on the same subscription?

No.  At this time each item is its own subscription to allow for easy adjustments.  Though you cannot have multiple items on 1 subscription, you can have them set to the same frequency and processing date.  When you do this your items will all be automatically grouped, shipped and charged together.

Can I use PayPal for my subscription?

Yes!   We are happy to provide the convenience of using PayPal for our subscribers.  

To set up a new subscription using PayPal follow the steps below:

Add your subscription to the shopping cart (For detailed steps on setting up a subscription clickhere). Once on the 'Payment' screen select 'PayPal (Subscriptions)Next click the 'Complete Order' button.From here you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the purchase.

Already have a subscription?  At this time payment methods on subscriptions cannot be changed from a credit card to PayPay.  If you would like to use PayPal, please cancel your existing subscription and start a new one. (For detailed steps on setting up a subscription click here). 

How can I set up a subscription to ship to a friend?

Curated Subscriptions can be set up by clicking the subscribe option and proceeding to checkout. (See "How do I create a subscription?")

If you already have a subscription shipping to yourself you may notice that the subscription option on each product page will add the item to your existing subscription.  Fear not!  Follow these step-by-step directions.

Can I use a promo code on my subscription order?

No, at this time subscriptions are not eligible for standard promotional offers.

How long will my subscription last?

All Peet's subscriptions have no set end date and will ship at the frequency and interval you selected until you cancel the subscription. You always have the ability to skip a shipment, reschedule your order, or cancel your order at any time.

When will my subscription ship?

A Peet's subscription gives you the flexibility to get your favorite products delivered how you want them, when you want them.

 

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?

Subscriptions will ship at the interval of your choosing. We offer the following frequency options:

Standard (or "Frequent Brewer") subscriptions can be scheduled at the following regular intervals: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Curated Subscriptions (like our Small Batch Series, Single Origin Series, and Signature Blend Series) ship once a month. 

Log in to your peets.com account to view your subscription and see when your next shipment is scheduled to process. Simply visit the 'Subscriptions' section of your Account to view your scheduled orders.  Orders are typically scheduled to ship 2 business days after the processing date.  For coffees with limited roasting dates the scheduled ship date will be on the next available roasting date after 2 business days.

 

 

WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN MY ORDER IS GOING TO SHIP?

Absolutely. You will receive an email notification 4 days prior to your scheduled ship date notifying you of your upcoming shipment. You will receive another email notification on the day your order ships out. Make sure to check your spam folder (or other inbox folders) if you are not seeing these notifications.

 

 

HOW DO I ADJUST MY SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY?

It's easy to adjust your subscription frequency. Simply log in to your peets.com account and follow these steps:

From your account dashboard, navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tabSelect the frequency that you would like from the drop down menu by adjusting the 'Sending' and 'Every' elements to the quantity and frequency of your choosing.Your subscription settings will be automatically updated to your new frequency.

 

NOTE: Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed you will not be able to make changes until the following shipment.

How will I know when my next shipment is coming?

We will send you an email 4 days before your next shipment is scheduled to process.

Modifications to subscriptions must be made at least 24 hours before processing.

You can log in to your account on peets.com at any time and view your subscription details by clicking "My Subscriptions" from your Dashboard. 

How will I know when my next shipment is coming?

If you canceled your subscription and still received an order, this could be that your order had already processed when you attempted to cancel the subscription or the cancellation was not processed successfully. Please note that cancellations and modifications must be made at least 24 hours before the processing date.

How will I know when my next shipment is coming?

No, at this time Peet's Cards (or Gift Cards) cannot be used as a payment method for subscriptions. 

When will I be billed for my subscription order?

An authorization charge will process on the date of processing, and the order will invoice once shipped.
